Innovation Worx 16th Road Promotional Offer

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview This limited-time promotional offer allows qualifying tenants to secure a unit at Innovation Worx 16th Road before 30 November 2025 and benefit from a two-month beneficial occupation period for December 2025 and January 2026. During this period, no rental payments will be due. Rental payments will commence in February 2026.

2. Qualification Criteria To qualify for the promotional offer, applicants must:

  • Successfully complete a credit check to the satisfaction of the landlord or its appointed agent; and
  • Obtain director’s approval for the application.

If the applicant’s credit score is deemed unsatisfactory, an upfront payment may be required at the discretion of management.

3. Securing the Unit To secure a unit under this promotion, the following payments must be made upfront:

  • Two (2) months’ rental deposit, and
  • One (1) month’s rental payment.

The above payments are required to confirm the lease and reserve the selected unit.

4. Offer Validity

  • This promotional offer is only valid until 30 November 2025.
  • To qualify, the lease agreement must be signed and secured by this date.
  • Applications received after this date will not be eligible for the offer.

5. Beneficial Occupation Period Qualifying tenants will receive a two-month beneficial occupation period for December 2025 and January 2026, during which no rental payments will be required. This period allows tenants to take occupancy, set up operations, or prepare their premises prior to the commencement of standard rental billing in February 2026.

6. Additional Conditions

  • This offer applies to selected units at Innovation Worx 16th Road only and is subject to availability.
  • The landlord reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Standard lease terms and conditions will apply to all successful applicants.

7. Beneficial Occupation Eligibility Beneficial occupation will only be granted as follows:

  • One (1) month for tenants entering into a minimum two-year lease; and
  • Two (2) months for tenants entering into a minimum three-year lease.

This applies exclusively to the Innovation Worx 16th Road Promotional Offer and is subject to landlord approval and the successful conclusion of all standard lease requirements.

8. Acceptance of Terms By participating in this promotional offer, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full.
