General Terms

1. This promotion is available to new tenants signing lease agreements during the promotional period.

2. The offer is exclusive to tenants relocating from current Innovation Worx parks.

3. All promotions are subject to unit availability and may be withdrawn or modified at the discretion of management.

4. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

First 3 Months Free Rent

1. New tenants signing a lease between 10 February 2025 and 30 May 2025 are eligible for three months of free rent.

2. The free rent applies to the first three months of the lease term and excludes utility costs, service charges, or any other fees. To qualify, tenants must pay a deposit equivalent to two months’ rent along with the first month’s rent upfront.

3. Tenants must sign a lease for a minimum term of 12 months to qualify for the promotion.

4. This incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

5. Management reserves the right to verify all application details to ensure eligibility.

Unit Offerings

1. Workspaces available for lease range in size from 229m² to 340m², accommodating various business needs.

2. All units include access to the following amenities:

   • An on-site canteen for convenience.

   • Backup water and generator systems to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Exclusions and Limitations

1. Promotions do not apply to leases signed outside the promotional period.

2. This offer is limited to new leases only and does not apply to renewals, cancellations, or extensions of existing leases.

3. Tenants must remain in compliance with all lease terms to retain promotional benefits.

4. Failure to adhere to lease obligations, including timely payment of non-rent charges, will result in forfeiture of the promotional benefit.

5. Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the promotion at any time without prior notice.
