Innovation Worx Tenant Referral Programme - Terms and Conditions
- The referral programme is available to existing Innovation Worx tenants whose lease accounts are in good standing at the time the referral reward is processed.
- To qualify, the referred business must be a new tenant to Innovation Worx and must not already be engaged in direct discussions, negotiations, an active application process, or be recorded on Innovation Worx's prospect database at the time of referral. The referring tenant must submit the referral before the prospective tenant signs a lease, and Innovation Worx must be able to verify the referral source.
- The referred tenant must sign a minimum 12-month lease, pay the required deposit, first month's rental, and all other amounts due under the lease, and take occupation of the premises.
- The referred tenant must remain in occupation and in good standing under the lease agreement for a minimum period of three (3) consecutive months following occupation before any referral reward becomes payable.
- The referral reward will consist of a once-off rental credit equal to the lower of:
- one month's base rental payable by the referring tenant; or
- one month's base rental payable by the referred tenant.
For the avoidance of doubt, the reward excludes VAT, utilities, operational costs, municipal recoveries, parking charges, deposits, and any other ancillary charges.
- The referral credit will be applied to the referring tenant's account or next available rental invoice once all qualifying conditions have been met. The credit is not transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and may not be ceded to any third party.
- The referral reward will not be payable if, prior to the reward becoming due:
- The referred tenant is in arrears on their lease account;
- The referred tenant is in breach of any material provision of the lease agreement;
- The referred tenant has given notice to terminate the lease; or
- The lease has been terminated for any reason.
- Only one referral reward will be granted per successful new lease. Where multiple parties claim the same referral, Innovation Worx shall determine, in its sole discretion, which referrer qualifies for the reward.
- Innovation Worx reserves the right to verify all referral information and to decline any referral that does not meet the programme requirements. Innovation Worx may amend, suspend, or withdraw the programme at any time; however, any referral that has already been accepted and has fully qualified prior to such amendment, suspension, or withdrawal will be assessed in accordance with the terms applicable at the date of referral.
- Participation in the referral programme constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and does not amend, vary, or replace any obligations contained in the referring tenant's lease agreement.
