All promotions are subject to unit availability and may be withdrawn or modified at the discretion of management.
Tenants participating in any promotional offer must have a good rental payment history.

One-Month Free Rent with Easy Deposit Transfer
Tenants upgrading to a new workspace during the promotional period are eligible for one month of free rent on their new lease.
Existing deposits can be transferred to the new unit.
If the deposit amount transferred is less than the required deposit for the new unit, the tenant will be responsible for paying the difference.
This offer applies only to leases signed within the promotional period (12 December 2024 – 10 February 2025).
The one-month free rent is applied to the first month’s rental fee, excluding any utility or service charges.
Tenants upgrading to a new workspace during the promotional period are eligible for one month of free rent on their new lease.

Existing tenants are eligible to refer friends to lease a workspace within the property during the referral promotional period (24 January 2025 – 30 May 2025).
The referring tenant will receive one month of beneficial occupation if:
The referred friend successfully signs a lease agreement.
The referred friend pays the full required deposit for their unit.
Beneficial occupation refers to one month of rent-free use of the referring tenant’s current unit or a deduction from their monthly rental fee.
There is no limit to the number of referrals, but each successful referral is eligible for one month of beneficial occupation only.
Both the referring tenant and the referred friend must remain compliant with the terms of their respective lease agreements for the duration of the promotional offer.

Exclusions and Limitations
Promotions do not apply retroactively to leases signed before the start dates of the respective promotional periods.
Tenants terminating their leases early or failing to comply with lease terms will forfeit all promotional benefits.
Management reserves the right to verify referrals and promotional eligibility before granting benefits.
